About Custom Baton

Custom batons are special products that are made one by one after receiving an order.
Therefore,We cannot accept cancellations or specification changes after production has begun.
Please carefully consider the desired length, material, grip shape, etc. before placing your order.
It usually takes 10-14 business days to make your order (this may vary depending on workload).

About returns and exchanges

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective product or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will respond promptly.
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted if the product is unopened and unused (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
Since custom batons are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
