Domestic Delivery in Japan: We will deliver via Yamato Transport.
International Delivery: We will ship via DHL or EMS (International Express Mail Service). You can choose either option.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country or region, so please check the delivery status with the tracking number we will send you after shipping.
International Shipping and Customs
When delivering overseas, customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country.
These costs will be the responsibility of the recipient, so please be aware of this in advance.
Regarding Shipping Timing
The products you ordered will be shipped within 3 business days, excludingcustom-made items.If you wish for gift wrapping, it may take an additional 4 business days.

About Custom Batons
Custom batons are special products made one by one after receiving your order.
Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations or changes in specifications after the production has started.
Please carefully consider your desired length, material, grip shape, etc., before placing your order.
Production usually takes 10 to 14 business days (this may vary depending on the level of demand).
About Returns and Exchanges
We ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of initial defects or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will respond promptly.
Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are only possible if the product is unopened and unused (we ask that you bear the shipping costs).
Custom batons are made-to-order products, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
