Our store accepts orders from both within Japan and overseas.
Please add the desired product to your cart and follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with the purchase.
Once your order is complete, a confirmation email will be sent automatically.

About Payment

We support online payments via credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
Orders from overseas can also be processed with major international brand cards.

About Shipping

Domestic Shipping in Japan: We will deliver via Yamato Transport.
International Shipping: We will ship via DHL or EMS (International Speed Post). You can choose either option.
Delivery times vary by country and region, so please check the delivery status with the tracking number we will send after shipping.

About International Shipping and Customs

When delivering overseas, customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country.
These costs will be the responsibility of the recipient, so please be aware of this in advance.

If the package is returned to our store due to unpaid customs duties, the product cost and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Additionally, the return shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in customs inspection, local delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept the package.
Payments made with cards issued overseas may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations, and we cannot compensate for any exchange rate differences upon refund.

About Shipping Timing

Products ordered will be shipped within usually 3 business days, excluding custom-made items.
If you wish for gift wrapping, it may take an additional +4 business days.
※ Business days are weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

About Custom Batons

Custom batons are special products made one by one after receiving an order.
Therefore, cancellations or changes in specifications after production has started cannot be accepted.
Please carefully consider the desired length, material, grip shape, etc., before placing your order.
Production usually takes 10 to 14 business days (may vary depending on congestion).

About Returns and Exchanges

We take great care in the quality of our products, but if there is an initial defect or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will respond promptly.
Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons are only possible if the item is unopened and unused (we ask that you bear the shipping costs).
Custom batons are made-to-order products, so returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.
