Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas

Our shop offers shipping within Japan as well as internationally.

For international shipping, we use International Air Packet, EMS (Express Mail Service), and DHL Express.

Available shipping methods vary depending on the destination country/region and the size and weight of the items. Some shipping methods may not be available for certain destinations. Please select your preferred shipping method from those displayed at checkout.

In some countries and regions, delivery may not be possible due to customs regulations or local delivery conditions. If you have any questions about shipping availability or fees, please contact us before placing your order.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote islands and certain areas.

Shipping Carriers and Methods

We use the following shipping carriers.

  • Yamato Transport (Domestic Japan)
  • Japan Post International Air Packet (Overseas Shipping)
  • Japan Post EMS (Overseas Shipping)
  • DHL Express (Overseas Shipping)

International Air Packet (International Air Packet)

A relatively low-cost international shipping service. It supports tracking. Delivery may take longer compared to EMS or DHL, but it is suitable when you want to keep shipping costs down.

EMS (Express Mail Service)

A trackable international postal service. It is relatively faster than International Air Packet and provides stable delivery service in many countries and regions. Suitable when you prioritize a balance between delivery speed and shipping cost.

DHL Express

A trackable international courier service. Generally the fastest delivery method, but shipping costs may be higher than other methods. Suitable for urgent shipments.

Orders to the United States are only supported via DHL Express.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping (Takkyubin): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

If the package is returned due to incorrect address, prolonged absence, refusal to receive, etc., the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of reshipment.

Shipping Timeframe

Usually, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

However, shipping or delivery may be delayed due to stock status, busy seasons, weather, traffic conditions, international situations, customs procedures, or other unavoidable circumstances. Shipping and arrival dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

  • Within Japan: 770 yen to 1,364 yen (tax included, varies by region)
  • Free Shipping Conditions
    Free shipping on orders over 5,500 yen (22,000 yen or more for Okinawa Prefecture)

International shipping fees vary depending on the destination country/region, shipping method, weight, etc. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, so please check the final amount.

About Tracking Information

After the product is shipped, the tracking number will be included in the "Shipping Notification Email." You can check the delivery status on the official website of each courier.

About International Shipping

For international shipping, the shipping method will be selected by the customer at the time of order.

  • We are not responsible for delays during shipping, holds at customs, or delays caused by local delivery companies.
  • VAT (Value Added Tax), customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, etc. are all the responsibility of the customer.
  • These fees may be billed directly by the shipping company or customs.
  • Delivery may not be possible due to the laws and import regulations of the destination country.

Important: Orders to the United States can only be shipped via DHL Express. If International Air Packet or EMS is selected, the order will be canceled.

In cases of refusal of receipt, unpaid customs duties or import taxes, long-term absence, incorrect address, undeliverable shipments, or other customer-related reasons resulting in return, we may deduct actual costs such as shipping fees incurred by our store, return shipping fees, customs-related expenses, etc., from the refund or may refuse to issue a refund.

Regarding the delivery address

If the delivery address is incomplete or inaccurate, delivery delays, returns, or undeliverable shipments may occur.

We are not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or returns caused by errors in the input information. Additional shipping charges will be billed if reshipment is required.

Regarding delivery delays, loss, and damage

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are not covered by compensation.
  • In case of loss or damage, compensation will be handled according to the policies of each shipping carrier.
  • Whether compensation is provided and the amount of compensation are determined at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
  • For international shipments, tracking information updates may be delayed due to local delivery companies or customs procedures.

Regarding returns and exchanges

Please refer to the return policy for conditions regarding returns and exchanges.

For international shipments, returns or reshipments may not be possible after customs clearance.
